With COVID restrictions lifted, KCSA has opened all facilities. Release of liability forms will be REQUIRED to utilize a facility (rec centers, pools, tennis & pickleball courts). Completed forms must be returned to the KCSA office prior to entering any facility.  For entrance into the KCSA office and for indoor meetings at rec centers, face coverings are required for those who are not fully vaccinated.
Given the reemergence of the Covid virus and for your health and safety, KCSA is temporarily reestablishing its safety protocols regarding the use of masks. Unvaccinated individuals, parcels, committees, groups, private events and staff entering or utilizing any KCSA-affiliated indoor facility including rec centers and KCSA office spaces are required to wear a mask.

  • Staff is available by appointment, email and phone.
  • The office reserves the right to refuse admittance to noticeably ill individuals and communicate with them through the glass door or by phone or email.
  • No Public Restrooms will be available.

There is NO ONE cleaning or sanitizing the surfaces of these areas. Current information from the CDC indicates that it may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes. COVID-19 virus may live on metal surfaces for many days. Please use extreme caution when touching entrance gates, sitting on benches, using playground equipment, etc. Again, these amenities are NOT cleaned or sanitized therefore you are using them at your own risk and you are possibly risking the health of others should you have unknowingly contracted the virus.
