It’s springtime and the landscaping crews are out in full force. As we have noted in previous communications, the noise from gas-powered leaf blowers can be very disturbing to neighbors.  We want to remind homeowners about the contractor works hours as per the KCSA Rules & Regulations. Landscapers and other contractors must not work after 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Work is not allowed on Sunday.
