Presentation of Timmons Group Final Master Plan
As you know, Kingsmill-on-the-James is approaching our 50th anniversary in 2024. In anticipation of this milestone, KCSA has been working with the Timmons Group on a master planning project focused on what Kingsmill-on-the-James will be moving forward. Many of you have participated in focus groups plus provided input through the community-wide survey and the three interim presentations last fall.
The final presentation of the KCSA Master Plan, presented by Timmons Group, is scheduled for Friday, February 26th.We strongly encourage you to participate. For those who can't be with us, the ZOOM meeting will be recorded; and we will send out that link shortly after the program is concluded.

Moving forward, the plan is for the KCSA Board to dissect the Timmons plan, discuss it in detail with our community and reach a consensus on modifications and priorities so it becomes truly "our" plan. Be on the lookout for future meetings where this process will continue.
